Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund but will consider an exchange on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

We understand that our customers are the “bread and butter” of our business and we highly value customer satisfaction. We are pleased to offer the following 90 day money-back guarantee:

If you purchased a product from us that is defective or not in working order, we will gladly offer you one of the following within 90 days of your purchase date:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund

If you discover your purchase to be defective or not in working order after 90 days, we’ve got you covered too (in most cases) and will offer you a replacement free of charge. 

Exceptions To 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Please keep in mind that 90 day money-back guarantee only applies to cases where the problem is not caused by or is a user error, compatibility error, or any other cause that is outside of our control. We cannot grant a return or a refund for change of mind or a post-purchase cancellation. We are only able to offer a refund when there is a problem with the actual product purchased from us.

Returned Payments

By placing an order with us, you agree to pay a $50 returned payment fee + your total order balance if your payment to us is returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to card disputes, suspected fraud, friendly fraud, Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover Chargeback/Reversal, Paypal Dispute, E-Check Dispute, or any other payment that is reversed.

Failure to pay your balance immediately upon receiving a returned payment notification will result in your balance being sent to a collections agency as a legal debt, as well as being reported to any applicable law enforcement agencies.

Technical Support

We will do our best to help you with installation if you require assistance, or if your computer is experiencing a technical problem that doesn’t allow you to install the software.

While we invest significant resources to try to help everyone as much as we can with technical assistance, there are rare cases where we aren’t able to resolve a technical problem.

We cannot be held responsible for change of mind, user error, post-purchase cancellation, products purchased by mistake, compatibility problems, computer malfunctions, data loss, or monetary loss resulting directly or indirectly from your purchase with us, or any other loss that exceeds the actual price of the product purchased. Refunds

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or sufficient information for us to look up your purchase in our order history.

Once a refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank/card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
